Karen Fernandez has worked at The Hall Law Firm since its inception, and before that its predecessor firm since 1978. Her presence and leadership have played an integral role in the firm’s success over the past five decades. As the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, Karen oversees all phases of administration, personnel, accounting, human resources, facilities, securities, and technologies. She is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the day-to-day operations at the Hall Law Firm, and overseeing the development and execution of the firm’s strategic objectives. Karen’s extensive leadership experience and expertise in the legal industry help drive the firm’s continued success, while maintaining the firm’s dedication to providing excellent client service.

Karen graduated from Stetson University in 1975 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). She is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) both National and South Florida Chapters since September, 1987.
